| Reflection & Evaluation | |||||||
| Reflection is taking time out to observe and analyse. When we reflect, we examine and consider. We speculate as to the why and the how. We contemplate what has occurred and what might happen as a consequence. This is how we make meaning of our world.
The aims of specific reflection processes can vary. The higher purpose is always learning. In this chapter we provide some options, structures, examples and practical tools to support personal mastery, action learning and system wide and individual reflection. |
